“Colour Coating” or “Paint Coating” are terms used to describe the application of a decorative and / or protective organic coating to metal supplied in coil form. The type of metals coated include: Steel, Galvanised Steel, Aluminium and Steel / Aluminium Composites.

For standard Conventional designs, metal thicknesses vary from 0.20 – 1.6 mm (steel) and in widths up to 1600mm and the line output can be up to 250.000 tpa.

However, for those entering the coil coating market or those wishing to to do short runs or niche colours or patterns.
